Cons: Exposure to the latest technologies will be slow compared to others.

Pros: - You will work among the most talented people. - Extremely flexible work hours. - On-the-job learning is great. - Mentor programs are available. - You can discuss your career path with managers/mentors, and they will help you get started.

Cons: - High expectations. - A lot of work has to be put in to get domain knowledge. - Not everything is documented properly, so you will have to talk to people to get info.

Pros: Culture has evolved much better lately. Smart folks are around. Learn a lot. No stack-based ranking and a collaborative environment. This forces people to minimize politics instead of helping each other. Switching teams has become easier and encouraged if you find yourself in a team that is not fit for you. Even managers help you switch teams. You have to search for opportunities and grab them. You cannot expect them to reach your way. CEO & Senior leadership have direct interaction with employees.

Cons: Pay is not competitive enough. Large company. There are always teams that are not suitable. I myself had to switch teams to find myself in the right place. Not all teams provide fast-paced growth. You have to choose the right one carefully.
