Has a finger in all pies of Computer Science: Possible to find work in almost any field you're interested in.
Fresh set of products and ideas in the pipeline.
Cons: Opportunities for growth are limited outside Redmond.
Development and processes are getting faster and more agile, but still far from ideal.
