Process
After six rounds of interviews, I ultimately failed.
The position at STC in Beijing required a phone interview, followed by three onsite technical interviews. After those, I had another technical interview and the AA interview. However, even after completing this process, I still failed.
I guess maybe I wasn't good enough to surpass others.
In fact, if you didn't have interviews that weren't planned, you were essentially failed. Even if you completed the whole process, you still needed to be better than other candidates.
