Pros: Excellent quality of peers, the chance to work on projects with great import, quality support staff/online help, and learning opportunities.
Cons: Cutthroat. Need to impress publicly. You can't advance just by putting your head down and doing your job. The worst people seem to advance the most. Work/life balance is impossible if you want to earn good bonuses and get solid reviews.
