Written test:
- Fix three bugs and code one feature.
Technical Round 1:
- CV walkthrough and whiteboard coding (check for valid brackets in a string).
Technical Round 2:
- Basic testing questions (test plan, test strategy, various types of testing, security testing, etc.) and whiteboard coding (reverse a linked list, sort an array containing only digits 0-9).

Pros: Benefits and flexible work schedule.
Cons: Expected to work 50-60 hr weeks, often with little acknowledgement while others get credit. The annual review process is completely unfair, as everyone gets stack-ranked against peers and then forced into a bell curve. This distributes merit and bonus accordingly. Doing one's job function flawlessly may still result in a below-par review. Upward mobility and rewards are often extremely political. Bonus scales are ridiculously tipped to upper management.
