Amazing interview process and very quick.
I had a phone interview followed by an onsite interview. The company makes sure you really feel the whole experience.
I interviewed for IEB SDET.
Four interviewers, all extremely kind and friendly. Really chill company and seems to be moving in the right direction. Terrific experience.

Pros: Good work-life balance if you can get housing nearby. Opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. With Balmer's departure, things can only get better.
Cons: Salary is so-so. Middle management culture. Traffic in greater Seattle is a nightmare.

Pros: Great support from colleagues, a bunch of resources to develop skills, with challenging tasks. A great culture to be working in, surrounded by smart people everywhere.
Cons: Everyone is always busy. It is hard to find the right people when they are needed because they are either in a meeting or taking care of other things. Traffic traveling to Redmond from the west is horrible.

Pros: Ability to manage my team effectively and without upper management blocking my efforts.
Decent work/life balance, although overtime was always required to get product out the door.
Cons: Constant budget cuts.
Projects often do not have enough resources to ensure that code review standards are met.
Constant re-orgs.
Unable to find and retain talented engineers.
Senior management doesn't allow for bringing more people on-board to assist on getting product tested thoroughly.
