Process

I arrived early in the morning at an HR area set aside for interview candidates. After filling out some paperwork and having a brief discussion, I was taken to the building for my first interview. Some interviews were held in offices, while others took place in conference rooms.

Each interviewer had specific questions. Some focused on themes like technical expertise or experience dealing with challenging projects.

Every interviewer, including the one during my lunchtime interview after we ate, presented a coding question. I was expected to write out my solution on a whiteboard and talk through my thought process. While they responded to questions about the coding problems, most of their responses seemed to be along the lines of, "Sure, I can narrow down the scenario for you; let me think of something."

One person's coding question focused on error handling.

After the last interview, I was escorted back to the initial building.

Questions

Random objects were held up, and I was asked how I would test them.
