Software Development Engineer Interview Experience - Santa Barbara, California

Process

The on-campus interview was 30 minutes long. They seem to interview a large selection of people in the first round interviews to get a good idea of who the top talents really are. Regardless of what you have on your resume, you have a solid opportunity if you go through a campus recruiter to get into the first-round interview. It's definitely a bit intimidating because they send an engineer to interview you, so judgment is very fair. You don't really need to click with the interviewer as long as you can implement your code properly.
