Cons: Very low learning curve. Not that many interesting or challenging tasks.

Pros: Compensations are decent. You can maintain a healthy work-life balance as long as you are not a workaholic. This won't affect your growth as long as you do your best. The environment helps you thrive by giving you the opportunities to closely work with teams abroad, no matter what your level is. You also get a good chance to keep learning and developing your skills. Most of the senior leadership people are very appreciative, inclusive, and encouraging. Managers do welcome people's decisions to relocate to other places and join other teams (as long as the process was transparent).

Cons: The compensation would probably need to get a bit higher to stack up against the competition. Given the size of the lab, the opportunity to grow beyond the principal level is close to zero. Senior leadership needs more technical coverage and depth. They also need more behavioral skills to be able to manage the people reporting to them.

Pros: Great people, friendly, talented, and open. But this is the Bing team. Great benefits: stocks, allowances, and flexible hours. All depends on your manager. Steve Ballmer is gone :D Changing culture after Satya came, becoming more or moving towards a more agile company (trying to instill the startup culture).

Cons: Company is huge and takes a lot of time to act on opportunities (but changing). It undervalues employees compared to Redmond since there is a huge currency difference and market prices are very low.
