A Human Resources representative contacted me and took care of me throughout the entire process.
I was interviewed by five different professionals working in different areas of the Bing search group.
Each interview followed a similar structure:
- The interviewer described their role at Microsoft.
- They then asked about my work and research.
- Finally, they presented problems to test my problem-solving skills.
The goal was to assess my approach to problems, rather than just the solution itself. The problems were mostly puzzles that involved some form of optimization.
