Flexible hours.
Professional work atmosphere, but people are still friendly.
Smart people to work with.
Cons: Too much competition internally. Work-life balance wasn't great; hours can be very long. Product innovation is slowing down.

A great place to work, but it feels like an empire in decline at times

Pros: Good work-life balance, great benefits, multiple tracks to get promoted.
Cons: Compensation is average compared to other technology firms, and there are too many re-organizations. Lots of employees are simply not interested in doing the best they could. At times, it feels disheartening as people who work half as much get promoted faster. Different groups have different standards for defining value, and it is not consistent company-wide.
