I had my first interview on campus. The interviewer was great and friendly. He asked me whether I wanted to interview for software dev or product manager. When I was unsure, he interviewed me for both.
I got a return interview, and we'll see how that goes. The on-campus interview was really manageable.

They asked me to implement a stack and design a clock.

Pros: A very diverse product portfolio brings opportunities to work on diverse domains. Good work is done by a few teams in India; the rest are all back-office.
Cons: Hierarchical org structure and the infamous stack ranking system.

The worst company for new grads

Pros: Work-life balance.
The campus is beautiful.
Cons: Total waste of time, especially for graduate hires.
Old tech stack, backstabbing culture, less promotion, and famous for lowballing and underpaying.
Lots of political games within orgs and teams.
People fight for visibility instead of improving code quality.
Leadership is cheap and never considers investing in their employees.

Pros: Compensation and perks are right up there, at least if you work in Puget Sound. Obviously, the enterprise is big enough that there is loads to explore.
Excellent work-life balance (depends on the team though).
Very friendly people (mostly).
Cons: Easy to get into teams that have flaws.
Management screws up a lot, and this could affect your day-to-day activities.
