- Remove duplicate entries in an array.
- Given a string, count the average number of letters per word. (This involves eliminating all punctuation, counting the letters in each word, and then averaging the count for the entire string.)

Pros: Microsoft is a good company to work for.
It offers:
* Good benefits, such as good pay, good health benefits, and child care help.
* Many groups and products to work on, so there is a breadth of technological space covered.
* Very diverse work styles in different teams, some with v1 culture, others much more mature.
Cons: - Smaller pay than other big companies in the field.
- Some benefits that others offer, like free food, are not seen.
- Some teams have a lot of process to follow, which slows them down.

Pros: As an apprentice, I have had the opportunity to work alongside some amazing SDEs that have helped me learn the craft, grow my basic CS fundamentals, and receive weekly mentorship from my supervisor.
Cons: Work to develop a more concrete experience for your apprentices, modeling it off the internship program.
