I applied at the campus career fair and then received a campus interview invitation after two weeks.

The interview lasted around 45 minutes.

The interviewer asked me to introduce a project on my resume that I am most proud of, followed by a coding session.

There were some follow-up questions, and the interview concluded with a Q&A session.

Cons: The stack ranking was corrosive to the culture. I still need to see if the new system is better; it can't be any worse. Cross-group collaboration used to be difficult, as empire building was the name of the game, but this also seems to be improving under the new leadership.
