The first interview was with a recruiter (a basic interview). The second interview was an online algorithmic test, which lasted approximately two hours.

The recruiter stated that a 60% success rate was required to pass the interview. Following this, another series of interviews would take place.

I finished the test early. In terms of performance, my solutions for one or two problems were not the best, but the result was the desired one.

The response was that I did not pass the test and that feedback could not be provided at this stage of the recruitment process.

This was very disappointing, and I believe it shows a great lack of respect for the candidates.
