Pros: A big company like Microsoft is really what you make of it. Some teams will be bad, others good. I worked in Azure App Service and had a lovely time.
Cons: On-call shifts. Internal politics. Teams can have varying culture or no culture at all, and the campus is car-dominated.

Cons: Slow-paced since release cycles are very tedious and inefficient.
Getting responses and action from partner teams in other geos is a pain.
