It was a very pleasant process. It was technical, but very open and constructive with very clever people. Overall, I liked it; there's not much to improve.
There were multiple rounds, but nothing crazy, like four or five of them.

* Increasingly accepting of work-from-home
Cons: Developers have to re-interview (same process as external candidate, whiteboard problems and all) to move to a different team within the company.
Performance evaluation is a "What have you done for me today?" exercise that gets tiring to go through.
Re-orgs. Teams are always getting spliced, moved, merged, or axed. There is constant fear of losing one's job or landing in an undesirable role.

Pros: Ads is a mature area, so there are some relevant openings on the market. There used to be good job security, but recently layoffs have occurred, so we will see.
Cons: A lot of reorgs.
Everyone has a lot of workload.
Most people have to collaborate with teams at different time zones, meaning meetings in the evenings.
No respect to boundaries.
The managers are super mean.
No time for learning.
The work is just implementation, so you cannot grow.
People work so hard, but revenue cannot beat.
