Software Engineer Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland
Process
After a referral, I received an email for an Online Coding Assessment on Codility, which contained two questions, both LeetCode Medium.
After passing the assessment, three interviews were scheduled, each lasting 45 minutes.
- The 1st and 3rd were coding rounds, featuring one LeetCode Medium and one LeetCode Hard question. They asked one or two behavioral questions in each round.
- The 2nd round was a Low-Level Design (LLD) for Android, during which I was asked to design a shopping cart.
After clearing these three rounds, I was invited for a Competency or Cultural Fit round with a Principal Group Engineering Manager. They can ask technical and behavioral questions based on your feedback from previous rounds.
In my case, it was purely a behavioral round, which I cleared, and I received an offer at the end.
