Initial 30-minute call, followed by a Codility technical test (LeetCode medium, 1-2 questions).
Passed tests with 100%, only to be ghosted by the interviewer. Tried to reach out a few weeks later, and there was no response.

Cons: Like any big corporation, you're a small cog in the machine. Things move slowly, and it can feel like no one in Prague is senior enough to have any actual impact.
