Good WLB in some teams.
Learning resources.
Hyderabad campus.
Cons: Lack of transparency. Management doesn't bother updating the team.
Politics. They do not even try to hide it (may be a pro).
Culture makes team members compete with each other, so people try to keep knowledge secret (not a joke).
