The hiring process was smooth and quick (at least in my case).

HR contacted me on LinkedIn and scheduled an interview on a Sunday.

Within four hours, four technical rounds were completed. Later, a small discussion with HR was conducted, totaling five rounds.

The interview experience was very positive, and the interview panel was also very friendly.

Questions were asked on all areas of Microsoft technologies (.Net, SQL, WCF, etc.).

In later rounds, they were very keen to know my knowledge of my current project.

Once selected, HRs might take time to roll out the actual offer, so have patience :)
