The first round was an online coding round. The level of questions was good.
Then, three face-to-face rounds followed. These mostly focused on Data Structures and design concepts.

Pros: Microsoft is a great place to work. Flexible timing, independence in proposing ideas, lots of domains and locations to work in, and the ease with which an employee can join other teams are a few highlights.
Microsoft gives many benefits and freedom to its employees. Totally a great balance between work and personal life.
Cons: They pay decent but are not master payers in the market.
