Pros: All coming feedback depends on which team/group you are in; this is my experience.
* The environment is flexible and not pressing at all; you can do whatever you would like to do.
* The legal department helped get the permanent resident status quickly and easily.
* Great benefits and management.
Cons: Compensation is not attractive when comparing to other companies.
