A recruiter contacted me via email first for an updated CV and called a week later to schedule a telephonic interview.
The first round of telephonic interviews was cleared. It consisted of good ABAP-HR questions.
The second round of telephonic interviews was not cleared. It consisted of deeper-level ABAP questions. One question required perfect hands-on experience in the basic programming of every area in modern ABAP.
The interviewers demonstrated perfect professionalism. Microsoft is always a great company.
I will try again in one year.
