Pros: Intellectually stimulating work, good benefits, strong engineering culture.
Cons: The engineers are on the older side, which isn't bad. It seems like younger people use Microsoft as a stepping stone and jump ship to better companies like Google. However, if employee tenure is like 15 years or more, that is still good. That means they are doing something right at least (benefits).

Pros: Great flexibility and support from the team.
The leadership team and team managers are interested in understanding what can be improved week by week.
Cons: It's hard to orientate at the beginning, especially if working remotely. More welcome emails should be focused on indicating key website/internal resources that, according to the role, we might need during our experience.
