Process
The entire process from resume submittal to offer took approximately 8 weeks. I did not have any online assessments; I went straight from submitting a resume to final round interviews.
The final interviews required a large chunk of availability during the day, which wasn't ideal. The interviews themselves consisted of two 45-minute Teams video calls, one with a Software Engineer (SWE) and one with an SWE manager.
