Process
The interview was very hard, challenging, and difficult. The tediousness of some questions did not seem relevant to the job offer, but after some time, I thought I understood. However, I did not.

Pros: - Good compensation for senior roles.
- Nice medical subscription (covering all expenses for wife's birth).
- Nice learning/mentorship opportunities, but it really depends on the team.
Cons: - Some managers tend to micromanage.
- In my case, the promotion was really slow. In my old team, the best way to get promoted was to be visible (ask questions in meetings) and to make nice presentations. Since I had more technical than presentation skills, I was on the same position for almost 2.5 years.
