- Codility test: 3 questions in 90 minutes
- Phone screen with a recruiter, where they basically try to find out whether you are a good match for the job
- 4 Onsite final rounds: technical + behavioral questions, each interview being 45 minutes

Pros: Somewhat of a brand name, though nothing compared to the rest of the industry.
Cons: The manager says we need to do this X by Y and creates arbitrary deadlines. SFI is considered P0 and doesn't have impact, even though it consumes 35% of my work. No money. Peanuts salary increases while C-suite gets millions.
