I was invited to an interview two hours after submitting the application online (no referral or recruiter contact).

The first step of the recruiting process was an online Coding Skills Test, with a maximum of 80 minutes to complete all three tasks in Codility.

The second step was a 30-minute interview covering a variety of technical and problem-solving questions.
