There were several LeetCode-style problems in one session, with little back-and-forth. The interviewer often had the video off and was muted, so it felt more like a test than a conversation. HR was responsive and helpful throughout, though.

Lots of mobility within the company.
Good network of peers.
Good work-life balance.
Good benefits.
Cons: Small and frequent surprise layoffs. Reorgs happen often and can sometimes be distracting. Desires of leadership can be detached from reality on the ground. Need to be highly visible in your role to get recognition, and depending on your role, that can be difficult to arrange. Experience is very team dependent.
