I arrived early in the morning for a quick bite to eat (courtesy of MSFT) and was briefed on the day's flow. Shortly afterward, interviewers started popping up and snatching people up. My turn came for the first of four interviews. I was pleasantly surprised to have my interviewer give a short introduction and lighten the mood. After that short intro, I was asked a technical question and proceeded to whiteboard. I was even more surprised to find out the interviewer was very approachable and eager to see me succeed. 10 out of 10 will get snatched again.
