A recruiter approached me for a position with Azure Group at a recruitment event. I completed an online screening test, and afterward, I was scheduled for an on-site interview. The very next day, I heard the decision: I was going to receive an offer.
The process from the initial phone call with HR until hearing the decision after the on-site interview was smooth. However, after that, the process became terrible.
The HR person who was supposed to go over offer details did not contact me for another month, despite my continuous follow-ups. I received not a single reply to my emails. This was truly unprofessional!
After a month, when I finally spoke with the HR person, he stated there was no approval for the requisition, which was surprising. Still, 1-2 updates on the process, providing insight into what was happening, would have helped immensely. I later rejected the offer.
