Interviewers were very cordial. The overall process was handled very professionally.
I had a loop with 4 engineers and a hiring manager. The lunch interview was relaxing and I was encouraged to ask questions about MS.

Pros: - Good benefits and bonus, salary is decent.
- Interesting/informative events/talks (if you have time to attend them).
- Good perks.
Cons: - Terrible work-life balance.
- Contractors often treated as second-class citizens (this is coming from the perspective of an FTE).
- Offshore teams (non-US-based) are taken advantage of. It is normal to see them online at 1-2 AM their time.
- There doesn't seem to be a good handle on the time-zone spread.
- Internal movement is not as streamlined or encouraged as it is advertised to be.
