I gave my resume to an employee at a coding event at my school.
Following a relaxed behavioral/OOP on-campus interview, I was invited to their Redmond, WA campus.
They paid for everything, gave me a big meal stipend, and put me up in a nice hotel, so it was a pleasant experience.
There were 4 interviews in a row, more or less; really only 1.5 were technical, but I know SWEs that had more.
