Decent Pay, Soulless Org
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Redmond, Washington, United States
April 3, 2025
Pros: Decent benefits and pay. The campus is a fine place to visit. Offices are alright. Technically, there's a path for career advancement, but you're still better off job hopping after 1-2 years.
Cons: A soulless, global-span organization that can expect on-call and constant organizational turmoil. An insatiable desire to inject AI slop into security-critical systems. Not a great engineering culture.
