I had a short telephone interview. It was a technical interview that covered my interests and passions. Once I cleared that, I had a full-day interview on Microsoft's main campus. There were a total of five interviews, including the final one with the hiring manager. The interviews consisted of technical questions, focusing on programming concepts. The questions were related to data structures and algorithms, not specific programming languages. There were also testing questions at the end of the interviews.
