I received an OA. The next week, I was scheduled for three rounds of interviews. This was for a new grad role. The rounds were HLD and behavioral, and LeetCode and behavioral for the other two. The questions were medium-level on LeetCode, and HLD was a shocker.

Pros: The Orgs at Microsoft might as well be different companies. If you work in a good org, work can be really great.
Cons: Bureaucracy is a bit ridiculous and hard to overcome.

Pros: Pay, benefits, and work-life balance are all great. Knowing your product will be used by millions. Getting to beta-test pretty much every new MS product. Lots of smart people who care about technology.
Cons: A deep management hierarchy can be frustrating. Even your skip-level may not know what is ahead in the next month. A low turnover rate and job "cushiness" means a surprising amount of mediocre senior developers who don't seem to care as much as they should. The size of the company can make it hard to feel significant.
