The overall interview process was quite relaxed.
The interviewers were interested in my management experience. The coding or architectural questions were either simple, or the interviewers didn't dig too deep.
The final offer was SDE II (62), while initially I was interviewed for Senior (63+).
They explained the motivation that promotion is not a problem, while demotion is a problem if I didn't match expectations. This was really strange, considering they didn't dig into my skills in depth.
By that time, I already had much better offers, so I declined it. The process seemed to be very strange and random.
