Microsoft's recruiter contacted me. We had a quick conversation to check if it was a mutual fit. Then, she arranged a technical phone screening, which was almost a month later. I had to push multiple times to schedule it earlier.
Once I completed the phone screening and received a positive response, she told me the next step would be an onsite interview. I kept following up with her to schedule it, but that never happened.
These people need serious help!!
