Software Engineer Interview Experience - Seattle, Washington
Process
I got a phone interview one week after submitting my resume.
It was not going too well, as I had a hard time answering technical questions. However, because I talked about my own projects, which I do in my free time, it turned out to be worth it, leading to final-round interviews on-site. They even paid for my flight and hotel.
