The recruiter told me about himself and his team at Microsoft. Then we conducted the interview. Afterward, he opened the floor for questions. The entire process took 30 minutes.

Technical question: Given an unordered list, return the smallest number larger than the average.
I had (more or less) 10 minutes to solve and test the solution.
