Pros: The company is very diverse and does its best to maintain a healthy work environment.
There are lots of company perks, such as reimbursement for healthy purchases.
They strive for the best they can, and it cultivated a culture of growth.
Everyone is doing their best to be empathic to each other and our customers.
At least in my team, there’s a culture of maintaining clean code. We have book clubs and are not afraid to question code.
They allow hybrid and even remote work!
Cons: Seattle rains almost every day. The company's competitors aren't as good as other companies, but the culture is good.
