Process
For the internship, there was a test some weeks before the interview.
There were three interviews in total, involving solving problems using algorithms.
The problems were interesting, and the interviewers wanted to discuss ideas on how to solve them.
All in all, it was a fun experience.
Questions
One question was to check if "wird" is a palindrome with as few variables and strictures as possible.

Pros: Events, morale budget, very friendly teams (varies, but there's always opportunities to try and improve team culture too).
My team is great.
Cons: Big system, difficult to learn, but everyone has been quite understanding.
I think the compensation is considered low, but I have not felt it was low.
Teams are clearly committed to diversity, but the hiring does not appear to be extremely diverse.
