Pros: - Competitive benefits and compensation.
- Some co-workers are extremely passionate and intelligent.
- Industry leader in some product categories.
Cons: - Big company and everything negative that comes along with it: politics, miscommunication, self-promotion, etc.
- Some employees don't contribute but are still rewarded because of the above.
- Some products feel out of touch with competition and the market.
- Somewhat out of touch with industry best practices and could do a better job of catching up.

Pros: The environment was exceptionally supportive, especially towards new developers. The team fostered an incredible atmosphere for learning and growth. Personally, I gained an immense amount of knowledge and skills during my time there. What stood out was the investment they made in their employees' development and well-being, truly demonstrating a commitment to their team.
Cons: The normal cons of a big company, nothing more.

Pros: - Good working environment (but it will vary by area).
- Constant use of English.
- Many benefits:
* VR
* Shares every year
* 10 days of mental health per fiscal year
* Subsidy for physical activities
Cons: As it is a giant company, the work can become somewhat frustrating. A lot of bureaucracy prevents us from working more freely. A feeling that you don't own what you're doing, since you can't solve most of the problems outside your scope of work alone and have to keep going back and forth with other departments for help. This consumes a considerable amount of time.
