Pros: Somewhat of a brand name, though nothing compared to the rest of the industry.
Cons: The manager says we need to do this X by Y and creates arbitrary deadlines. SFI is considered P0 and doesn't have impact, even though it consumes 35% of my work. No money. Peanuts salary increases while C-suite gets millions.
