Two rounds of interviews.
You only have to pass one of the first two interviews to proceed to the lead interview.
The first interview consisted of two easy questions and finished in 20 minutes. The second interview asked two medium questions that I did not finish.

Pros: Excellent benefits. The diversity of business units allows one to move from group to group, experiencing different cultures without leaving the company.
Cons: Upward mobility is sometimes hard if the group is large with a lot of senior engineers.
