Pros: Microsoft is a company of companies, so there is a wide variety of career paths and products to work on.
The work culture is great, with trust between management and employees.
Cons: I do not have any specific dislikes based on my personal experience till now.
But since Microsoft is huge, the type and nature of work, work culture, and work-life balance, etc., vary from one team/org to another.
So, it may happen that you land up in a team which does not meet your expectations.
Though in recent years, Microsoft has made internal transitions much smoother and simpler.
