One onsite interview. Flew to Microsoft's HQ and had a super day with four technical interviews plus lunch.

Pros: You will be surrounded by intelligent people. Work-life balance is pretty good. Paternal leave is 1 month!
Cons: If you are in the wrong team, you could get affected by internal politics.
Program managers run the show and are answerable to no one!

Pros: The work environment was great!
Awesome colleagues, learned lots of new skills.
Lots of freedom.
Moonlighting (you are allowed to work on own projects off-hours and keep the rights).
Lots of opportunities to move around the company.
I was in an office which offered breakfast and lunch.
Cons: Lots of projects in the company get shelved; chances are you will be working on one of them.
I was working on GUI-related stuff, which I am not a fan of.
Development of products is heavily influenced by management.
