Pros: I think the work I was doing was very interesting.

Cons: Your project varies on the team you get. Some projects I found were not interesting; I was fortunate enough to have an interesting project.

Pros: Working with smart and passionate tech people makes you smarter and a more driven employee. There are still some great people in EMEA and the US. This will definitely give exposure to great challenges and products, such as AI and cloud.

Cons: - Toxic culture spreading as fast as ever. - Bad, biased, outdated review system. - Tech staff starting the week knowing they will overwork to overcorrect management mistakes. - The leadership in EMEA are in it for their share payout at the end of the year, and the easiest way to do that is cut headcount so the end-of-year balance sheet looks better. - This means you can lose your job when you overperform. - The management is not market-experienced; the majority there never experienced other markets and companies, which makes it really poor for experienced tech engineers. - Yes, the tech team really had to endure monthly "McDonald's"-style employee of the month meetings. Hahahahahaha.

Pros: Fun, great environment, and tons of help.

Cons: It's hard to move up.
