Software Engineering Interview Experience - Croatia
Process
After submitting your resume, you'll have a phone screening interview with the recruiter. The questions are mostly about your resume and past experiences, with a very simple logical puzzle in between.
Then, you move on to on-site interviews, which are more technical. You'll stay for a few days in a fancy hotel and have 3 to 4 interviews in total, all in one day.
Each interview lasts for 45 minutes and consists of chatting and a coding question.
